Ordering your prescriptions with us
We recommend using the PharmAppy app to order your prescriptions directly with us. It is quick, safe and easy to use. Both options are safe and reliable - choose the one that best suits how you prefer to manage your medication.
For repeat medication, please submit your request around one week before your medication is due. This allows time for GP approval and dispensing and helps avoid delays.
You can request a repeat through the PharmAppy app, and our team can set the app up with you and show you how it works if needed. Once your request is with us, you can track its progress in the app. If you get stuck at any point, contact the pharmacy and we will help.

Get set up and trained
Our team can install the app, create your account and show you how to order in person or over the phone.
Track your order
See when your request reaches the pharmacy and follow each item as it is approved and dispensed.
Contact us if it stalls
If something is not moving, call or email and we will chase it for you.
If you cannot get a prescription in time
If you have run out of medicine and cannot get a prescription before your next dose is due, you may be able to get an urgent supply through the NHS Emergency Supply service. Speak to the pharmacy as soon as possible so we can check your eligibility and arrange supply.

Getting started
You will need a registration code. Please contact the pharmacy on 029 2037 3631 or email [email protected] and we will provide this for you.
Once set up, you can:
- Track your prescription once it reaches the pharmacy
- See progress item by item
- Get notifications when your medication is ready to collect
- Set optional reminders for repeat ordering
App problems?
For login issues, not being able to see your medicines, or the app not showing your meds, please email [email protected]. Use the pharmacy phone or email only for registration codes or pharmacy-side help.

NHS App
Order your prescription through the NHS App or NHS website.
How it works:
- Your request is sent directly to your GP surgery (faster)
- Uses the same system as GP appointments and online services
- Track when your prescription is approved and issued by the surgery
- Once approved, it is sent electronically to us for dispensing
